Anger Management

It is said that being angry is like drinking poison and expecting someone else to get sick.

The Dalai Lama said “only thing that can destroy the supreme source of my happiness, my own peace of mind, is my own anger”. It is so true, no matter what happens around us, whether deliberate or not we only hurt ourselves if we react with anger. Anger dramatically impacts on our ability to think rationally and react appropriately. Invariably anger leads to an over reaction that we regret later.

Using hypnosis I help my clients to retrain their instinctive response to one that is calm and helps the person think clearly even when in a pressure situation.
